I have been looking over Inner Sea Gods and all the evil gods look kinda nasty looking. Is there a 'pretty' god that is evil? Like the Shelyn of evil.

Beauty is in the eye of the (redacted for copyrighting), friend.
There are a few who may fit the bill, though. Urgathoa if she is wearing a heel length dress; Nocticula if you're into that kinda girl and ignore the fact that she may be turning over a new leaf; Calistria isn't evil but she can tolerate some really evil worshippers; Jezelda when she isn't howling at the moon.
I mean, there are options, but the what and why would dictate how best to make that determination.

Also, since this is Hell's Vengeance, Ardad Lili (not quite a full-on goddess, but can still grant spells to worshipers) would be another choice.
(From Princes of Darkness) "The End of Innocence, Ardad Lili delights in manipulating men and exposing the dull-wittedness of that gender. Appearing as a healthy, plainly beautiful girl just waxing into womanhood, only her wings made of snake tails expose her diabolical nature. The expression that a boy is 'made into a man' upon his first sexual encounter directly references the depredations of Ardad Lili and was once synonymous with the term 'being made a fool of.'" Portfolio: seduction, snakes, women. Domains: Charm, Evil, Law, Scalykind. Favored Weapon: dagger.

That could be an interesting cleric or antipaladin goddess.

What's this about Nocticula turning a new leaf? I knew there was a reason I liked her! Besides the obvious.

Ah. Haven't read through WotR in a while.

Besmara may not be "Evil", but she's the meaner side of CN, the goddess of sea monsters and looks like every sailor's dream.

A whore queen antipaladin would be neat.
Norgorber, Mephistopheles and Naderi(yeah, yeah) come to mind.

Agents of Evil introduced an any-evil-alignment antipaladin, pretty much specifically to answer people's clamor for such in regards to this adventure path.

Yeah I bought the book just for that and honestly, the Insinuator is not that great of an archetype. It feels weird and honestly, I think the base antipaladin is a pretty good class. Except for the alignment restriction. Also, I dislike the Insinuator's replacement of spells for feats.

Jah, evil = ugly for most of the devils and demons.
I'd go with Nocticula, though, as mentioned, Besmara seems as cruel as any demon.
I'm guessing Ardad Lili went to Vassar and posts on Tumblr a lot.

Well, no one knows what Norgy looks like, so who knows, maybe he's secretly attractive.
Looks are less important when you're blazingly evil

There's also Zura, the Vampire Succubus, and come on, everyone knows that Charon is always ready for a bonin'. Socothbenoth is also attractive by default. Dispater and Belial are definitely attractive. Fairly certain that Belial has a hot daughter too... I'm sure there's a demigod lvl Erodaemon harbinger somewhere.

Demons have more pretty girls than pretty boys, Deamons and Devils have a lot of both at the top of the ladders, but yeah, there is a lack of pretty full deities in the Evil Alignments.

Second Zura, she all that and a cannibal god too boot.
