Help with PFS Character

Hi, there Im after a Bit of help making a Gnome Tower Shield Specialist, based around helping to providing Cover to my allies and Defending them with Bodyguard, and was seeking your help in order to make her.

Look into the Vivacious and Eternal Hope alternate racials

Traits
Can't go wrong with Defender of the Society and Adopted > Helpful

Stats
I think it would be good to start with: S16-2 D15 C12+2 I13 W10 CH8+2
At 4th +1 DEX, at 8th and 12th, +1 STR

Feats:
Perhaps:
1. Weapon Focus, Combat Reflexes
2. Bodyguard
3. In Harm's Way
4. Combat Expertise
5. Swift Aid
6. Shield Specialization
7. Gnome Weapon Focus
8. Greater Weapon Focus
9. Iron Will
10. Greater Shield Focus
11. Missile Shield
12. Greater Shield Specialization

PFS tends to be crawling with melee. The traditional tank roll of "hard to hit" really only works when you've got most of the rest of the party standing at range.

A level of swashbuckler mouser can get you into the enemies square and tacking on a -4 penalty to swing at anyone other than you.

Buffing other people's AC can work pretty well in PFS too

Perhaps my original idea of Mouser 1/Armor Master 10 Might work better then Tower Shield Specialist
