that improve BaB? just a simple question.i have been looking but theres so much i might have missed something.

There's no feat, trait, or character option for that. Base attack bonus progression, tied to character level, is an important part of the system.

There are a few that improve your attack rolls, but nothing improves your actual BAB.

ohh thats okay just wanted to check. thank you for the quick response. what might those things be that improve attack rolls. might there be something that is like measured response but for healing?

Not that I'm aware of. For a while, now, though, I've been wanting to see a trait that works like Magical Knack, but grants extra BAB up to your hit dice that only counts for meeting prereqs.
