I've been away from the boards for a while and I'm feeling the itch to start another game. I'm looking at Legacy of Fire right now, with a heavy dose of Necromancer Games's City of Brass campaign.
Would anybody be interested in playing in it?
Pathfinder rules, I presume?
I'm interested. Looking for another game to play in and been hunting around some.

As I have not played Legacy of Fire, I'd be intrigued. What kind of character creation guidelines would you be considering?

I ask because I recently made a little kobold sorcerer with his racial bloodline that I've been hoping get into a game with, but some DMs don't like the little buggers. I was curious if you'd allow that or if you wanted something more core/normal.
Hmm. I've always liked the look of the iconic cleric - I might make something based on her.

But the less common the race, the more engaging the character will have to be.

But the less common the race, the more engaging the character will have to be. Awesome! Because I think I have a very good reason for him to be participating in all this, thanks to the player guide.
I created this character, half-orc wizard (shadow illusionist) for a Legacy of Fire game where the GM has gone MIA. Character sheet is complete. I'd just have to tweak it to fit whatever character creation rules you are using.
Hmm, actually, I've been wanting to try out the Eldritch Archer Archetype for the magus - I think it'd fit really well with the legacy of fire AP, so I'll probably create one of those.
Same story as Morrigan here. :)
I built this character for a Legacy of Fire campaign and can adjust her for the build. There are others who have characters that were listed in the sticky at the top of this forum in the document.
I'd definitely look into applying.
There has been a few builds I've been wanting to try as well... so yeah, interested! Even if I don't know Legacy of Fire of the top of my head, it sounds awesome
I'm interested. Can we play ifrits?
I used to have an ifrit in a legacy of fire game..
dotting for interest.
I'd be interested. I can adjust this character to fit build guidelines.
Looking at the interested characters, it looks like we have no shortage of caster types. I might actually change mine to a kobold Monk of the Four Winds/Qinggong monk and go with that instead. Still the same concept background wise, but a little more refined and less... crazy paranoid.
Or just go all the way crazy and unrefined and make him a Titan Mauler/Dragon Totem barbarian. Angry kobolds for the win!
I have played Valik through a bit of the first part of the Legacy of fire. I like him quite a lot and would love to finish it with him, if you don't mind a viking paladin of Sarenrae.
I would bump him back down to first, of course, I just wanted to get the character concept up there for you to see.
I don't remember much about the game so that won't be a problem...and I don't like to metagame.
Just waiting for more details at this point. I would probably do something with a solid Middle East feel like a desert druid or a dervish sort of thing.
always interested, not very familiar with 'Necromancer Games's City of Brass campaign' though. What is your take on running Gnolls from the advanced race guide? This is one of the few AP's that they may actually fit.
Interested, but waiting to see if we will have a recruitment thread :)
I'd like to register my interest.

go for the trifecta then?
I'll be putting up a recruitment thread some time on Saturday.
Ifrit and gnolls are both appropriate for the setting, so I wouldn't be opposed to that sort of character.

Interested - will wait for a recruitment thread. Flexible on role.
I'll admit, I'm actually growing attached to the idea of a kobold titan mauler/dragon totem barbarian. No, he won't be the most optimal character, but it will be hilariously epic to see a little kobold charging headlong into a gnoll with two greataxes flailing wildly at everything.
