Powerful Patron

Rules Questions

Is there a feat or trait that allows a character to start with a powerful patron? Such as a king, dragon, demon, or such?

Besides being a Cleric?

or witch

You could fluff the Rich Parents trait. (Scroll down to social traits.) It increases your starting wealth to 900GP; you then add a back story of a patron.

Link-ified that for you.

If you are referring to witch patrons, there are no guidelines as to the effective power of a witch's patron. I tend toward hero-god to demi-god status, or artifact-level if the patron is an item; that is my own opinion, however, and is unverified.

Outside of witch (and pact wizard) patrons, there are no rules at all that I am aware of. I guess it would depend on what you wanted to do with your patronage.
