If I encounter a Spectre at the General Store and the Spectre is undefeated she moves me to a random location.
However the General states :
"If you encounter anything other than an armor, an item, or a weapon, after the exploration you may explore again."
Does this effect transfer over to whatever new location I get moved to? do I get an explore at my new location from the General Store?
I'd say it doesn't take affect until after you fully resolve you exploration and encounter. And since after your exploration, you are no longer at the General Store, you don't get to use it.

Still I'm reading this issue a few different ways.
General Store says "At This Location, ... after the exploration you may explore again." (At This Location is the header and not part of the sentence, but still has rules importance).
After the exploration is over you are no longer at the General Store. As a result, the General Store's power doesn't apply to you. You don't get to explore again for free if you're not at the General Store after the encounter is over (even if you started there).
So then, what if it was the other way around - you encounter a Spectre somewhere else and it moved you to the general store? I'm guessing still no explore again since you didn't "encounter anything" "at this location" to trigger it in the first place?
