Congratulations! :D
The first star is 10 tables of credit. Modules—including the Free RPG Day modules—count as two tables each.
That might be what is throwing your count off.
The second star is 30 tables.
Third star is 60 tables.
Fourth star is 100 tables.
Fifth star is 150 tables, a number of which must be specials.

I think they retired that one for being too powerful.

Congratulations!! As The Fox explained, your first star was earned by running a total of 10 Pathfinder Society Scenarios or Modules/Adventure Paths in Pathfinder Society mode. Each Module/Adventure Path is worth 2 table credits while a scenario is worth 1 table credit.
Can I get a link to an official source saying that modules give 2 table credit?

After you GM a module, go to your My Pathfinder Society Page and look at the session under GM Sessions. It will indicate that you got 2 tables of credit. It is built into the reporting system.

As the Fox says, it just happens. Closest to it being in print is written in here. where it states that it takes anywhere from 8-15 hours to run non-scenarios. As an incentive paizo just does it. I know one guy most of his 3 stars is GM credit running modules and APs.
Edit: BTW Congrats Hmm

We're a lodge that has a lot of people with great personalities, big hearts, and a penchant for silly costumes. (As you can tell from this photo of Jon Dehning and me.)
Yeah, we have a blast!

Well, they will still be around, until they degrade, but not on you.
Have you considered donating the shorn hair? I seem to recall that there are some organizations who use it to make wigs and such for people undergoing chemo.

You are eligible to obtain a fifth star based on a number of criteria. To obtain a fifth star, you must accomplish the following achievements.
First, a potential 5-Star GM must have run a total of 150 Pathfinder Society game sessions, including at least 50 different adventures and 10 or more Specials or Exclusive events over your entire history as a GM.
Second, once you qualify to be a 5-Star GM, you must work with your Venture-Captain to arrange to run a Pathfinder Society session in the presence of a Paizo staff member, a Venture-Captain, or a Venture-Lieutenant. This designated Paizo representative will evaluate your rules knowledge, improvisational skills, preparation, and ability to provide a fair and fun experience for Pathfinder Society players.
Finally, at the recommendation of the Paizo representative, you may be granted a 5th star, which will be noted on your paizo.com user profile, on your Pathfinder Society membership card, and on your posts to the Pathfinder Society messageboard at paizo.com. Paizo announces and recognizes all 5-Star GMs by name at both Paizo Con and Gen Con annually.

That is the plan. I don't think anyone will take the shorn beard hair, though.
I will go from two feet of hair to zero hair.

Can't hurt to ask, the worst that can happen is that they will say "No."
Also, keep the hat. You will find your scalp is going to burn easily for a while. And don't forget sunscreen, if you don't have a hat.

Dude, thanks for the advice but I am very familiar with a shaved dome. I would get one hair cut in college; every January I would shave my head and then let it grow back over the next year. I have plenty of experience with funny hair styles.
Mohawk? Yep! Traditional as well as liberty spiked. Funny colors? Yep! every color of the rainbow.
Andy is the one who needs to keep a cap on. That dude is fish belly white.
