both are trait bonuses so they overlap instead of stacking, thus vs divination is +2

Well Met,

I believe, to confirm Entryhazard's response, that they do not stack... you always get a +1 bonus against Will saves, but in the case of Divination Effects, the bonus goes to +2.

Nothing stacks unless it is on the list of things that stack. Trait bonus isn't on that list.
