By the way, yesterday was D-Day, the greatest amphibious invasion in the history of our world, but your heroes can rush into the breach to throw back the invading armada threatening an entire planet in the latest installment in the awesome Legendary Planet saga, The Depths of Desperation by Steve Helt, with over 100 pages of interplanetary adventure, monsters, magic items, and much, much more, plus a massive PDF Art and Map Folio for ever illustration and map in the book! Available right now for Pathfinder and later this month for 5E!
Plus, since it's TWOsday we thought we'd just release TWO Legendary Planet products, so if you've always wanted to know more about how to reach across the universe in moments to patrol the planets and search the stars, come and grab Stargates by Tim Hitchcock!

Somewhat related, what is the point of Pelicole Pass? There seem to be no story elements, and no treasure or items at all.
Thanks all.

For Pericole Pass, I do see a minor plot point there... well, a story bit moving along, anyway. Other than that, if there's nothing else there, it's probably an encounter to help the party stay on-track with XP. 'Course, I level by story, so I generally remove minor encounters if they don't seem to serve any other purpose. XD

Quick updates on progress:
1. The Depths of Desperation (5E) has gone out to Kickstarter backers, and it will be available later this month to everyone!
2. Mind Tyrants of the Merciless Moons should be finished with Pathfinder development this weekend, but layout may have to wait until after GenCon while 5E development is ongoing.
3. The first two Legendary Worlds books finished in layout (check out the preview for the first three planets right here), the first of which is already available for Pathfinder right now!
4. Just in time for GenCon, we will be delighted to debut brand-new versions of the Legendary Planet Player's Guide and To Worlds Unknown for the Starfinder Roleplaying Game by ace editor and developer Lyz Liddell, editor of the official Starfinder system! These new versions will be available starting August 17, the first day of GenCon, when Starfinder makes its official debut!

Excited about 2 and 3 - Mind Tyrants, because it draws us close to the end of the LP saga and I'm looking forward to seeing how it finishes... and Legendary Worlds, because - ideas and side-quests ahoy!!!

What is the status of Mind Tyrants and To Kill a Star, for Pathfinder, please?
-- david
IIRC, Mind Tyrants went into layout very recently, and TKAS is "being worked on".
Ah, here we go: KS update 90 for the AP (1 Sept 2017):
Mind Tyrants of the Merciless Moons: The last of the backmatter articles goes to layout today for Pathfinder, and final gloss should be done on the adventure itself this weekend. The 5E articles are finished with development and in the editing phase, while the adventure is slated to finish development by next weekend.
Can't remember where I saw comments about TKAS, but there's something floating around the web somewhere.

Only recently began buying this AP. Find myself wondering if there is a guesstimate on the final adventures release date to non backers. I anticipate finishing the written adventures within a month and I'm hoping the last adv. is out by then. I'd hate to leave my players hanging at 19th. Is To Kill a Star out to backers yet?
By the by... Reading Confederates right now and it says my players should be Mythic tier 4 by the end, but I can't figure out when they got tier 3... can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
Thanks

Hi all,
Sorry I missed seeing this thread back in December. All adventures are out for both Pathfinder and 5E except for To Kill a Star, which I am still writing as we speak. It's my hope to have it finished by the end of March. The backmatter articles are already in process with other authors and are either done or should be finished by early to mid-March as well, with the exception of the "Extending the Adventure Path" piece which will need to wait on the completion of the adventure.
It's been a long road to get to the end of this project, and I can tell you there are a lot of things we'll do differently next time we do a big adventure path project. Nonetheless, I hope you'll be delighted with the final adventure and the epic sweep and scope of the project once we cap it off.

Backers need to get it first.
I think it’s pretty safe to say that Jason has been surprised by how complex putting together an entire AP is, and his ability to write is a bit curtailed by his duties as publisher, so TKAS is one of many conflicting priorities.
It’s coming, but when that’s going to be is a bit nebulous.

It's coming, it's coming....
I've been in a pretty good groove with productivity lately and getting a lot of stuff cleared off the decks, which is nice. I'll have to take a little writing break soon to do my taxes, but I'm still hopeful to have TKaS done in April. SO MUCH STUFF TO DO!!!
Backers will get it first, then it'll go out for general sale, and we'll get the final compilation ready as well.

I'm getting ready to start running this (the 5e version) for my home group on Tuesday, and I have one major question so far.
