Shipping Damage

What's the procedure if my subscription order 3637335 is damaged. I got the package yesterday and its bent I haven't opened it yet but I'm worried the modules will be damaged. I'm pretty sure it was shipped UPS, I took pictures of the package so I can email those to you tonight.

I've been a subscriber for a long time and this is the first package with this problem.

I'm sorry to hear that. If the books turn out to be damaged when you open the package, just let us know. Typically we can set up replacement copies in the next subscription shipment.

Opened the package one book is fine but the other one "Anvil of Fire" is damaged on the corners and the bottom of the cover. The shipping label says "UPS Mail Innovations" let me know if you need pictures or anything else from me.

Not sure what to do. I’ve emailed Paizo Customer service twice about some shipping damage and it’s been almost two weeks and no response. Any suggestions on how to get someone to address my concerns?


They might have been off for the holidays. Have you tried calling them?

By way of update, they got in touch with me and are doing a great job to make it right. Holidays probably played a factor, I would guess. Thanks all!
