What's the procedure if my subscription order 3637335 is damaged. I got the package yesterday and its bent I haven't opened it yet but I'm worried the modules will be damaged. I'm pretty sure it was shipped UPS, I took pictures of the package so I can email those to you tonight.
I've been a subscriber for a long time and this is the first package with this problem.

By way of update, they got in touch with me and are doing a great job to make it right. Holidays probably played a factor, I would guess. Thanks all!
