Devil / infernal equivalent of Pazuzu in Golarion

Is there an archdevil/infernal duke/super-powerful diabolic being that ha some domain over the avian creatures in Golarion?
I'm currently looking for an infernal patron for a (Cheliax sponsored) harpy tribe, but most resources I have always make a reference to Pazuzu, which is a demonic being.

Rasvocel the Vulture king (Infernal Duke) or Eiseth the Erinyes Queen (Whore Queen)? Personally, I always liked Gygax's original concept of Pazuzu (MM2, pg 41). Worth a look.

Barbatos has dominion over birds that eat the flesh of the dead. Harpies might follow Dispater as patron of the erinyes.

Will look further into these beings to choose the one that fits best.

Go with Barbatos, lord of the First, just as Pazuzu has always been considered lord of the first layer of the Abyss.

Maybe make the Harpy leader (Queen?) have a few classes in Witch and have Barbatos her sponsor and a fiendish dwarf pigmy Peryton the Harpy's familiar.
