If I understand this correctly this combo would allow you to sub an entire weapon group for just about anything that references or modifies an unarmed strike?

Flurry, Unarmed Damage, Style Feats. Etc.

Since this is the Rules Questions forum: It doesn't. MWT specifies a kind of weapon, and FCT tells you to choose one specific natural weapon.

That said, that's fairly pedantic and allowing it wouldn't really be broken. Especially since Crusader's Flurry exists and none of the style feats actually break the game when used with manufactured weapons. Crusader's Flurry costs one feat, your combo costs a mythic path ability and a feat. It'd be reasonable to allow it.

A choice between natural weapons is still a choice isn't it? I don't see how the limited selection invalidates the feat.

Yes it appears to function similar to Martial Mastery in that regard, but better, nice.

*as a note, FCT applies to one type of natural weapon, if you pick claw, it affects all your claws. (this is one reason why monktopus is such a beast)

The way MWT reads suggests that it doesn't care to which group the weapon listed in the feat belongs(unlike Martial Versatility), just that it also applies to the group selected for MWT. This creates a few issues with FCT since it's supposed to be restricted to "natural", but if you're only trying to apply it to all your natural weapons, I don't see a significant rules conflict here.
