Machine Smith Siege Specialist

I am creating a Machine-smith who is specializing in siege combat, primarily in the use of the "Portable Cannon" gadget. I am making the portable cannon my mobius weapon, to reduce misfire chance, and speed up reload time. I was also thinking of taking Rapid Reload, because in the description of the portable cannon, it says you can use the Rapid Reload feat to reduce the reload time to a move action.
Here is my question: Can I combine the Mobius Weapon ability, with the Rapid Reload feat to reduce the reload time for the Portable Cannon from the Standard action that it normally is, all the way down to a swift action?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

techincally it would follow the normal reloading rules.
Full action - standard -move -free

its a standard action normally with that canon.
with the mobius weapon, it becomes a move action reload
with rapid reload it lowers it one more. so free action

as far as I am aware anyway.


oh also of note..
machiensmith doesn't have proficiency with siege weapons, meaning not that cannon so you'll need to mind and fix that as well

I already took care of that. Multiclassed them with a level of Wizard with the Siege Commander Archtype.
