I want to make a character based off of eldritch heritage ghoul sorcerer bloodline. I find the foul claws to be super flavorful and tactically interesting, but there are serious obstacles to the build.
1) claws are only 3x per day plus cha mood
2) eldritch heritage eventually requires 17 cha if I remember correctly. This is steep
How would you build such a character? I considered a combat oriented cleric because of the cha synergy. Archeologist bars was consideres for the same reason. Rogue is maybe a little harder to make work but the whole sneak attacking/crippling fighting style is too cruel and ghoulish to pass up.

Aspect Of The Beast feat can grant a pair of claws. You might want consider taking 2 levels of a ranger for that purpose. Or a slayer, if GM agrees with interpretation that slayer taking combat style slayer talent counts as substitute of a ranger.
EDIT: Assuming it is not for PFS - maybe your GM will accept being infected by a ghoul a valid substitute for lycanthropy for purpose of this feat?

Combat oriented cleric is hard because you need some wis to cast as well. Why not try an oracle instead? Cha is your casting stat, so you only need to deal with increasing str and cha. There are some mysteries that might add to your ghoulishness..I.e occult (almost perfect fit) or dark tapestry. Lunar might be possible too, or a black blooded oracle. Maybe you bargained with the god of death for your oracle powers and curse...
Btw even if you gained claws, you still don't get unlimited uses of your eldritch heritage stuff. You would literally need to be a ghoul to have it stack with your racial paralysis and disease.

A quick word about ghoulish eldritch heritage line. The first feat in the line requires a CHR of 13 and 3rd level and gives the claws. The second feat in the line requires a CHR of 15 and 11th level and gives either leathery skin or ravenous frenzy. The third feat in the line requires a CHR of 17 and level 17 and gives earth crawler or the ability not chosen before. Since headband can be used to qualify for feats, a character only really needs a 13 charisma at creation to get all three feats in the line, although 14 might be better.
For a human attempting to flatter ghoulkind (imitation is the sincerest form of flattery) the best option, while remaining human, is the vivisectionist alchemist using the feral mutagen discovery. There are many alchemist discoveries besides feral mutagen which can help a human mimic ghoulishness; chameleon skin, elemental mutagen, mummification, spontaneous healing, poison touch all come to mind. Many alchemist infusions (spells) can also help the poor human who desires to emulate the noble ghoul, admittedly infusions are inferior to the abilities of of a true ghoul but they grant pitifully helpless humans a reflection of the majestic power of the ghoul.

If bloodrager is out, it would have been my choice, look at a slayer with natural weapon combat style. That will allow a methodical and stealthy combat style. You can get Eldrich heritage and use group claws when you feel like it. Half orc with toothy will give you 3 natural attacks. Go with the demoralize options and you can be great.
