Do you really need to be tiny? I am working on a vexing dodger using a small character. Wouldn't being small and climbing on an enemy get you into the same square and thus kick in mouser?
Vexing Dodger doesn't say that you enter the enemy's square. It also doesn't say that you move with the enemy if it moves as well. As written, climbing onto the enemy doesn't give anything mechanically other than as expressly stated. It's a poorly worded archetype and will be subject to too much table variation.

Might I suggest going the Abyssal blood, lesser rage power for claws and grab Extra Rage Power feat for lesser fiend totem for gore? That will give you 4 attacks when you rage. Might replace CE for it and push that chain down 2 levels.
Not sure why you grabbed improved trip, combat expertise since you could only trip small creatures in fox form. Instead I would keep CE and grab greater dirty trick at level 8 (retrain your level 7 feat) instead, giving you a nice option in combat and stacking a bit better with your archetype.
