Some reported Pathfinder Society games went missing after the Core Campaign update and this problem still seems to persist. In fact, after the Core update went live, I lost two sessions, but after that one more seems to have disappeared from my list of GM'd scenarios.
I know that two of my runs of the scenario The Blakros Matrimony are among the missing ones. Other GMs have reported problems with this scenario as well. There is a workaround to the problem that was discussed in this thread, however, I purposefully didn't use it so that I would know when the reporting system was trustworthy again.
Hopefully someone is still interested in looking into this and not just leaving the system buggy. I created myself both of the events in which I ran The Blakros Matrimony, and as I mentioned, I haven't touched them since the Core Campaign update. If someone working on the PFS reporting system can use my help tracking down the root cause of the problem, I'd be happy to help: feel free to poke me and I'll PM the session details to you.

On 13 Dec 2014 I ran the first part of the Emerald Spire and it's missing. Also I ran all three parts of The Dragon's Demand and for some reason they all show up as Part 1. Both events were reported properly.
It looks like the reporting issues may be with multi part modules.

You'll need to go in (or have your GM go in) and reset the scenario to the level that was played. The original reporting was probably done via the "View All" drop down, which was reporting root products, not the proper levels.

We have a script we're going to run with the next launch that should auto-repair a bunch of these for folks. We want to test it a bit more so it won't go until after PaizoCon (this week end) but shouldn't be long after that. This should fix things for a lot of folks without then needing to go in manually.

This was Emerald Spire? That means it must have been reported under it's base scenario and not as a level. If you go into the event that contains the scenario and add the level you played, then to your individual session and change it to the level you added to the event, it should no longer see it as a duplicate and add it to your GM total.
You shouldn't need to reenter anyone's information.

Emerald Spire Level 4 and Level 5 reporting error -
I just tried correcting some Emerald Spires I've ran. When reporting the level 4 and 5 I ran on the same day, the level 4 Godhome glitches by seeming to put the tracking info into the level 5 Drowned Level. While keeping the fields filled out for Godhome. ie get already reported error for level 5 Drowned Level.

According to the count at the top of the relevant page, I appear to have lost about 10 sessions of credit in the last 24 hours (dropped from approx. 80-81 to 71 now). I've not had chance to look through to see if there are any glaring omissions.
EDIT: OK, looking into it further, there are several sessions on event 12221 which look fine when I view the list of reported sessions on the event, but which don't filter through to my own page of sessions. For example, tables 29, 3, 30, 17 and probably more.

This appears to have been caused by me 'clearing out' old scenarios on the event, so only the scenarios we're playing in future appeared on the page advertising the event.
Even after adding all the scenarios back on to the event, I had to edit every session to ensure it picked up the scenario (and RPG/PFC designation) correctly. As some of these sessions were from 2012/13, some old faction associations were lost (as it's not possible to report to Shadow Lodge/Sczarni) and possibly some ABCD reporting box data too.
I won't be doing that again!
