Problem purchasing with a given credit card.

I'm trying to buy some pdfs with a credit card and it say the type of payment is not valid. I try using other person card and was able to do the purchase. My bank say everything is in order with my card, what could be the problem?

Hi Nicos,

We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you were trying to use another card time, it would not have worked.

I'm not seeing any attempts to process anything in our credit card processor, so I cannot provide any more information from that.

Otherwise, I would recommend checking that all of the card information was entered correctly, and that the billing address for the card listed on our site exactly matches what the bank or credit card company has on file. Ok, that explains it, I was trying to use an American express.
