"Opens up" Dex builds for the Magus? Dex-Magus is the standard. Str-Magus, while capable, is abnormal.
So, obvious point: yes, Magus benefits.
Almost any TWF-based build benefits. You can build those in any class from the Warpriest to the Inquisitor to the Fighter and Barbarian. Since only the Slayer and Ranger can realistically invoke Str-based TWF (barring above-average stats), going Dex-to-Damage particularly benefits these builds.
Monk benefits greatly if you allow an easier form of Dex-to-Damage than an Agile AoMF. Pulling Str from their required stats helps them considerably.
Really, it's pretty much "list all the classes that benefit from having a high Dex. Add any class capable of TWFing". Simple as that.

It frees up your level 1 feat for the Dex Magus build (because you should ALWAYS grab Weapon Finesse at level 1 and Dervish Dance at level 3). Sadly you don't qualify for Dervish Dance quite yet (those darned 2 ranks in Perform!) but it lets you grab a nice vanilla feat like Combat Casting, Dodge, Improved Initiative, or Toughness (which being a D8 on the front lines is much appreciated.)
Really any Dex-based martial will appreciate the free feat (except Swashbuckler who gets something similar for free at level 1 anyways)

Also, monk, though they do need Dexterity for other reasons. :P

Check the line right under the one you quoted. Xp

It does allow a Kensai to qualify for Slashing/Fencing Grace at first even if they're not Human, which is nice.

Savage technologist barbarian, while they do use their guns, the morale bonus to strength and dex, can allow them to do a bit of switch hitting with finesse weapons.
Spellcasters (Wizard, Arcanist) usually dump strength, have an okay dex, high con, they would be able to somewhat defend themselves better in melee range at least for the early levels.

Since many classes offer ways to pick up Weapon Finesse as a class feature (Swashbuckler, Rogue Talents) you may want to ask your GM if you can get a replacement class feature.
In our home games, we give out Weapon Finesse for free, and allow people to take Slashing Grace/Fencing Grace/Dervish Dance/Deadly Agility if a class feature would give them Weapon Finesse. Other options could be any combat feat, or some simple static feat, like Dodge.

So nobody mentionned rogues or ninjas yet? Ill do that then. Them sneakies have so many dex-based options that a free feat like that is a lovely gift. Although it makes dipping into swashbuckler less yay.
On a side note Swashbucklers get a little dumped by that.
I think they were not mentioned because they have quick access to the feat through their talents, it's why I did t go with it.
