Can a Monk supress his / her need for food & water in any way

Rules Questions

I am looking for a way in which the Monk class has the ability to sustain his/herself threw Ki points, feats or any other means so as not to need food and/or water.

I don't know of anything ability or feat wise, but you could pick up a Ring of Sustenance for 2500 or a Clear Spindle Ioun for 4000 and have it implanted if you dislike the idea of your cool mystic ability floating around your head all the time. The ring is the better deal though as it is cheaper and also lessens your need for sleep.

Here is a feat that gives you half food.feat

There is also the vow of poverty feat from 3.5. But you'd have to be ok with having 0 gold the whole game.

Alternatively, you could do some multiclassing shenanigans to get the Goodberry Spell. You have to be a druid or have the Seasons Domain, but because it's a level 1 spell you'd have access to it pretty much immediately.
It's not "I no longer need to eat", but being able to pop a single senzu bean for nourishment is pretty sweet.

Scarab Sages

There's also the spell Abstemiousness

Ring of Sustenance Tattoo.

I wouldn't call it a "better deal". For only 500g more, you can get a Wayfinder and then that same Clear Spindle Ioun stone will also negate possession and mental control as per protection from evil.

Thanks everyone
