Can a tengu use his two claws and bite as part of the jabbing style? It does say they qualify as having improved unarmed strike for purposes of feats.

Unfortunately, you would not be able to use your claw attacks, nor your bite in conjunction with Jabbing Style...
...by default. There are a couple other Feats you'd need to take.
I'm building a Tengu that utilizes the claw attacks as well, and while doing my research I found a Feat called "Feral Combat Training".
Prerequisite: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus with selected natural weapon.
Benefit: Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite, as well as effects that augment an unarmed strike.
Special: If you are a monk, you can use the selected natural weapon with your flurry of blows class feature.
Since the claws count as having Improved Unarmed strike for the purposes of qualifying for feats, and you GET Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat at Monk level 1 anyway, your first order of business is to take "Weapon Focus: Claws", then "Feral Combat Training: Claws" And BAM! You're all set to use your claws for anything you'd like. Watch out though, you would have to take "Weapon Focus: Bite" and "Feral Combat Training: Bite" to utilize the bite in the same fashion.
Feral Combat Training opens up a huge pile of options, since virtually anything that boosts unarmed strikes will work on claws. This would include things like Brawling armor, which is absurdly good - and makes a Sohei Monk that can flurry while wearing light armor a really good option.
Another really powerful option would be to use a non-flurry class to do both unarmed strikes and claws with two-weapon fighting, so that by the time you've got Improved Two Weapon Fighting your full attack would go: punch/ punch/ punch-5/ punch-5/ claw-5/claw-5 where every attack is getting any bonuses that apply to unarmed strikes.
