Unfortunately, the rules don't specifically address the point. However, I would say NO. Just as you can't craft mythic spells into a magic item unless the item is an artifact, I'd say you can't store a mythic spell in a magic item unless its an artifact.
On the other hand, I wouldn't fault a GM with going the other way and allowing it in their game. I just wouldn't allow it in mine.
