Soul Eater Energy Drain Ability

Can I use the Soul Eater's Energy Drain ability in conjunction with Two-Weapon Fighting and a high B.A.B.

I am trying to make a build for a Soul Eater, and I need to find this out.

Benefit Whenever you use a coup de grace action to kill a creature (either by damage or through a failed Fortitude save), you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to half your character level (minimum 1) for 1 minute. These temporary hit points do not stack with multiple coups de grace.

When you use a coup de grace it takes a full round action so you can not BAB and TWF in the same round. However coup de gracing will not interfere with your ability to TWF so it should be a non-issue.

The energy drain ability is mentioned as being a standard action to use, so it doesn't look like it.

If it was a passive energy drain like a vampire, yeah would have worked but since it requires a standard action to use, not going to work I'm afraid.
