As for the build? If you wanna dip, I vote 2 levels in Bard. You get Versatile Performance to diversify your skills, a desperately needed boost to will saves, and now you can sing sea shanties. A small handful of 1st level spells maintain their use at mid/late levels and you have the ability to spend 2 Prestige Points and have a Cure Light wand. And having one of those is proper etiquette at a PFS table past level 2.
Did you see my Charisma stat?

Oh my bad. Saw the Swashbuckler levels and I assumed Charisma would be a thing.

Looking over your build again.... the best goal right now is to run damage control and salvage what we can. Pick up Ultimate Campaign so you can legally retrain out of the Barbarian level. Rage doesn't last all that long and you're mucking up saving throw progression.

You have an unusually high Intelligence score for a martial character. Since you can't retrain stats, switch your Barbarian and Fighter levels out for a Kensai Magus. This allows you to add your unusually high Int score to your AC, helping on that front. Extra Traits feat can get you magical lineage. Spell Focus and Spell Specialization are a heavy feat tax, but it helps make up for your non caster levels.

Failing all that, diving into the Duelist class for Int to AC. If you go this route you don't get spells or a good will save, so Iron Will is pretty much mandatory.

The Exchange

+1 Wakizashi 1d6 18-20 Piercing

Take 5th lvl swashbuckler +1 hit +2 dmg, improved crit (15-20)

Retrain expanded fiendish res into extra traits feat

Pragmatic Activator - int to UMD, becomes a class skill from lore warden
Fate's Favored - +1 bonus to luck bonuses

Use Umd for divine favor, mage armor, scrolls of magic and winning
Jingasa of the fortunate soldier
Boots of speed
Mistmail for concealment
Opalescent White Pyramid ioun stone, weapon familiarity wakizashi

Max UMD next level with your 8 skill points. Get a masterwork tool for +2.
This gets you to +17 UMD.

If you take extra panache at lvl 9 you can start using the abilities while keeping 1 in your pool. You also crit more so you regain them.

EDIT: You do spend 1 point of panache per parry and riposte (emptying your pool). Be sure to not use 7 of these a round when using combat reflexes.

At 8 put a point in Dex, going to 23. Buy a Courageous amulet of mighty fists for 4k to increase all morale bonuses by 1. Now Rage gives +5 giving you an even Dex score.

9th lvl, go Barbarian again to grab Superstitious rage power. This gives a +2 morale bonus to saves even when not raging and also goes up by 1 from the amulet greatly increasing saves vs spells.

Silver Crusade

I wish I had more gold to work with :/

The Exchange

If you grab the ioun stone and take the swashbuckler level with even normal Wakizashi your damage at least will take a huge jump. The rest is just stuff you take as you can. Criting on a 15 is great for your panache and damage.

To some strange surprise, this character has made a great trap finder, usually through charging.

"What Therkla do for puny humans?"

"I find traps that would potentially kill them, and disable them."

"Gruk Gruk do that too! Gruk Gruk call it walking in the front!"
