Envoy of Balance (as pointed out from Sir Placeholder) from Champions of Balance can get an ability called twin channeling that lets you channel to harm and heal simultaneously (and even use selective channeling on each separately)
Honestly did not know that. After having a look, that's really cool. It makes me want to make a channeler that can utilize that ability to its full potential.

Versatile Channel from Ultimate Magic will allow you to channel either positive or negative, but not at the same time and you still have to pick heal/damage binary for either one.
Which you can combine with Quick Channel to put out both positive and negative energy in the same round (though it's expensive).

i stand corrected - i googled the prestige class
the ability states
Twinned Channeling: When channeling energy, the envoy of balance can simultaneously release waves of positive and negative energy. She chooses a category of creatures (either living or undead), and this conjoined energy both heals and harms the affected creatures. Roll the amounts of damage healed and dealt separately. Treat the envoy of balance's effective cleric level as 2 lower than normal for the amounts of damage and the DC to halve damage taken. The envoy of balance can choose whether to include herself in either or both the healing and harming effects. If she has an ability that allows her to exclude targets from her channeled energy, such as the Selective Channelling feat, she can choose to exclude different targets from the healing effect than from the harming effect.
sounds like a waste of channels to me... you could wind up helping them...
note selective channeling only lets you chose up to your cha mod to not effect(targets).. so 50/50 chance you help the bad guys..
and then to to it off they nerf your channeling dmg... wow...

(because it's moving to advice)
If you are making this build you are going to be Charisma focused. That means a lot of channels and a lot of targets to exclude with Selective. With the pre-reqs you can't get this before 9th level. 20 Charisma is on the low end by that point, but let's use a level Cleric 5/Envoy of Balance 4 20 Cha character. Even if you don't have a phylactery you can damage your opponents for 4D6 (excluding up to 5 allies and yourself, DC 19) and heal all your allies for 5D6 (excluding 6 enemies). All for one use of your Channel Energy.
And that's without taking any channel feats except Versatile and Selective.
