please process my order 3310101, its been 15 days now this is bit silly as i am paying for fast post (seems pointless if it takes so long to process)

also please process my store credit that was promised would be deducted from order 3312682, before it went out and it didn't

I'm sorry your order hasn't shipped. It looks like everything on the order should be good to go, as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the queue. Please note that most of the items on the Great Golem Sale have an estimated Product Availability of "ships from our warehouse in 2 to 14 business days." The warehouse has a lot of Great Golem Sale orders to process, so most fulfillment times will probably be on the longer end of that estimate. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Sorry the store credit didn't stick on order 3312682! Thanks for bring that to our attention. I've set it to the pending order.

Additionally, it looks like the order may it be able to ship as two packages going standard post (not sure why the system didn't set it up that way), so if you want me to change the shipping, please let me know (I have it suspended until I hear from you, either way). Thanks!

I've split the order up into two smaller packages going standard post. I noticed that you had a new pending order as well, and was able to split those items between the two packages. You should get two new order confirmation emails.
