Would a monk with Pummeling Charge and Feral Combat Training (Natural Attack with Powerful Charge) be able to make a flurry of Powerful Charge attacks?

Sczarni

Most likely yes. Check with your GM.

Not quite an option with PFS.

Table variation, can be a PC killer.

One of the reasons I avoid organized play.

Monk rhinos?

Since Powerful Charge is just something that adds to the normal charging benefits, I don't see why they wouldn't work together as Pummeling Charge allows you to charge and use Pummeling Style. And, of course, Feral Combat Training allows the use of the feat with natural attacks.

How the monk has Powerful Charge is my question.

Minotaur or lycanthrope. Or a monstrous custom race.

Probably the most useful description of powerful charge in the rules:
Monstrous Offense Racial Traits wrote:

Powerful Charge (2 RP): Prerequisite: Natural attack trait; Benefit: Select one of the race's natural attacks. Whenever a member of this race charges, it deals twice the number of damage dice with the selected natural attack plus 1-1/2 times its Strength bonus.

Shadow Lodge

Raw this works. Pummel attacks are by definition one attack, however thats probably not the intent.
