With All Hallow's Even quickly approaching, I was wondering if anyone has converted the Sanderson Sister's from Hocus Pocus to Pathfinder?
Oh man, I may try and tackle this. That is my wife's favorite Halloween movie.
Obviously all Witches for their class.
Lemme do some research on this.
Coven I would think. Kathy Najiny would have the sniff children and Wini would have the cauldron hex.
I would say Sarah Jessica Parker's Sarah should have Charm Hex.
Well, the two obvious Hexes that all three should have are Flight and Coven, no brainer. However, the one thing that'll be tricky will be the Familiars. How do you work around that?

Actually, my wife brought up a very good point.
The only one that actually cast any spells was Winnie. So, in theory, you give Winnie 'book' as her familiar and not give Mary or Sarah one. And since all those two did was use the Aid Other action to help Winnie cast the Baleful Polymorph/Curse on Thackery and Irresistible Dance, due to the Coven Hex, you can actually give them lower Intelligence scores.
A vacuum for one.
And a mop for the other.
Sarah did charm lots of little children so they could "suck the souls of little children".
Just give her an item that casts Pied Piping, and she's covered.
That is a 6th level Bard spell that is a seriously late game item unless you give it insanely early
Oh I thought the idea was to make them BBEGs, not PCs.
I don't know what they are. But that is still 16th level or higher is a big BBEG.
So unless the party was higher level then I wouldn't recommend an item of Pied Piper but if they are, that works even better then Charmed so for it.
What level do you think that they would be?

Pretty low. Seem like they focused at most on one or two hexes. Level 6 witches sounds good so they all can get Flight, Coven , and each one chooses one hex the other sisters don't have such as:Charm, Child-Scent for the youngest sisters.
I would make Winifred an advanced green hag, add at will shocking grasp or lightning bolt, depending on the levels of the PC. So they can actually take advantage of the Coven feature.
What level do you think that they would be?
Well, considering they got beat by a few level 1 (at best) kids... Yea, pretty low.
That little Dani should be taught not to call people ugly
