Ok I am eager to add Deeds to the Monk to see if that would allow the monk to be a little better and the idea of a Swashbuckler who can fight disarmed as well as armed is just totally awesome.
So if I took 1 level of Kata Master Monk and then multiclassed into Swashbuckler. Could I use my Unarmed Strike for those deeds I get as a Swashbuckler?
Or would I need to take Boar Style to have my unarmed strike count as piercing to qualify?
Because I really dont want to burn a feat on something like that.
Now if I did, would Fencer's Grace stack with it to make Unarmed Strikes deal Dex to Damage (Especially if you Finesse Unarmed Strike?)

Yes, because your deeds from monk and swashbuckler are effectively the same. Panache, grit, and luck pools from multiple sources stack into a super pool. The monk's panache ability also specifically allows you to treat unarmed strikes and monk weapons as one-handed piercing weapons, so it is fair game.

No. Fencing Grace only modifies the rapier. Your monk class feature does not allow you to treat your monk weapons or unarmed strikes as rapiers.
