With the ACG now released, that's quite a lot of new materials. So how are you introducing all these new stuffs in your campaign? Since I imagine many of you are currently playing some games.
Do you have your PC runs into a robin hood like character (Hooded champion)? Do you have some npcs in your campaign unlocking the secrets of the new classes/options? Or simply they were simply always there, just people didn't notice?

Is there a reason to get creative introducing new classes? If the idea was to make new classes that combined wizard and sorcerer into something streamlined... and the world already had multiclassed wizards and sorcerers... then lore wise I don't see a reason to get crazy.
The players could have run into a character just like what the npc is already. The mechanics may have changed, but the pcs don't know the mechanics...
I'd much rather bring out an elf or something as a 15th level XXXX without having someone say 'Oh... but that class has only existed in this world for 2 months... no way he's that high a level.
I would see it as simply one particular branch of 'whatever' that the players have never encountered before. Personally, I have characters who have NEVER run across a barbarian, alchemist, gunslinger, multiple specialist wizards' or summoner... doesn't meant they aren't in the world already ;)
