I just bought a copy of Occult Mysteries from my LGS. I peel of the price tag and something comes off. Apparently, there is no damage to the cover. It would seem there is some sort of paint or ink blob that got partially peeled off. Any thoughts on what this could be? I posted under off topic because I am curious, not complaining.
