Flying Scroll from Master of Devils

Where can i find rules for this scroll type. I think it would be good for my ninja character.

P 14 of inner sea magic discusses "flying scrolls" under the name riffle scrolls which is what they are called in earlier books.

in the book master of devils he makes a note that the flying scrolls are different then riffle scrolls. The flying scrolls are active by being thrown into the air not riffled. But they are close. I though maybe there were rules some where for the variation.

You could probably get away with using the same rules, but changing the description; instead of riffling them, you're flinging them.
