It's probably a little late for this kind of idea, but anyway....
How about adding specific characters' scenario/adventure/path (probably not more that an adventure, but who knows) that develop that characters' backstory into the character decks?
For example the fighter deck includes Valeros, and in his ROTR flavor text; he had skipped out on a fiance....
You could make a specific scenario that requires one character to be Valeros and have the father and/or daughter as a villain coming take vengeance for the shame of him leaving the daughter at the alter... etc.
A little extra spice to understanding the characters' as being more than a collection of skills, powers, and card feats.
Currently, all the Adventure Paths have nothing to due with the character's individuality and the character decks seem like the right place to add something like that.
Like I said, a thought.
Since the class decks are intended to bo compatible with any Base Box, that means that everything for those scenairos would be included in the class decks.
For a single character that means 1 villain, 7 henchmen, 8 locations if you want to play a single scenairo with 6 players. But we have 4 characters/deck. That's a lot of cards, which would lower the card count for boons you want to use during organized play, or in an adventure path.
Maybe they could work as single player scenairos - 1 villain, 2 henchmen, 3 location/character.
On the other hand, it would be nice to see those backstories in some form, but I higly doubt it will happen anytime soon, if ever. (except maybe as a fan-made project)
I certainly can't see it happening as part of the class decks. There's no reason why Paizo couldn't release a seperate character adventure deck. As you say though, it's probably more feasible as a fan-project.

The fan-made suggestion isn't bad, but since these characters were Pathfinder iconics and I am not familiar with the 'official' story behind them; I was worried that if a fan-made would get bashed if you didn't keep true to the material. Maybe I'm just overthinking it a bit.

Thanks for sharing. They were good reads. Although, I'm not sure I would want to play their stories except for the War priest. It was outstanding.
