1. View Cart
2. Click the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the cart list. This redirects you to a page to authenticate.
3. Enter password on auth screen and click the Sign In button
4. Redirects you to a page to authenticate and loops

I'm sorry you're having trouble submitting the order. Yours looks like it probably just too much for the system to try to process as once, so it's timing out before the order can be submitted.

I have done some poking for our side, and was able to get the order submitted. You should soon get an email confirming the order information.

Is the issue with submitting orders still ongoing?
I wasn't able to see if this is considered resolved, but it is affecting my order.

When submitting the items for purchase it just loops back to the Shopping Cart...

What is the suggested solution for this?

Yours seems to be a different bug, that is affecting pre-order items being ordered with other items (also something that is being looked into).

I have done some poking and prodding, and was able to submit the order from our side.

The upcoming items are currently in your sidecart and should get generated onto an order when we do that August subscription authorization run on July 31st. More details about the August subscription run can be found here:

I just tried to purchase the core rule book pdf and my account won't let me add an address or add a form of payment. Do you know what's going on?

It looks like you should be able to click on the "Step 2 - Payment Method" area, and then click the "Select Payment Method" button. This should bring up a box in which you can enter a new payment method.

When you get to that box, I would recommend clicking the box to enter the billing address for the card first. The system is being a little finicky, and seems to sometime clear out the card info after clicking on the billing address information.

I just tried to do what you told me. Even when I enter my address first it doesn't save it. Therefore, I can't finish my purchase. It keeps telling me to add a billing address. Also, the box for the billing address will not let me scroll down. There's no scroll bar and it seems that there maybe more info to fill out/click save or something at the bottom. Even when I tab/enter it won't go down to show the rest of the info at the bottom of the box.

Can you please fix this so I can finish my purchase? Thanks

Interesting. I'm sorry that's not working! I will let the tech team know that's happening. In the meantime, it looks like a card number has been saved your account account (at least that I can see from our side). Please send us an email confirming the last 4 digits of the card you would like to us, as well as your billing address, and we can get things entered from our side of the system. Our email address is customer.service@paizo.com

I was not able to successfully check-out until I removed the "Year of the Sky Key T-shirt" (a pre-order item) from my order. Once I removed it, the rest of the order (a mix of PDFs and physical product) was successful.


I've just purchased the Advanced Class Guide, everything went fine and the payment was successful, but when I click on the link to download the manual it just stucks on "Personalizing Wait 10 seconds" and then it redirects me on the very same page of my orders list.

What should I do?

Keep on trying. It should eventually work. LOTS of folks are buying the PDF now. It is 0333 Eastern Daylight Time (USA) here, so just be patient grasshopper.

I am also experiencing Pandamonium's problem. My downloads for the Advanced Class Guide and Jade Regent Player's Guide appear to be stuck on 'Personalizing.' I too will be patient.

Edit: Patience paid off sooner than expected. I now have both downloads.

I had the same problem last night. I set IE (v11) on compatibility mode & it then let me download.

If you're having problems with something personalizing to download, that is unfortunately not something that CS has powers to fix.

I would recommend checking the PDF FAQ or trying a different browser. Or giving it some time and trying later...sometimes the system can get overworked with new items that lots of people are trying to download at once.

After trying that, if you are still having problems with a download (specifically, one that has already been purchased and showing up on your My Downloads page), then the Website Feedback thread would be a better place to post.

oddly enough i am having a similar issue with checkout.

I can get to the cart page but when I hit proceed to checkout it shows me an error page saying the webmaster has been alerted. I cut the amount items down by half and it is still showing the error. Not sure what else I can do. I am using Chrome and never experianced an issue before. Thanks!

Hello Corerue,

I've taken a look into your shopping cart and I didn't see a payment method attached to the order, which may have been the problem. I have set your default payment method to the order, and I believe it should be able to go through just fine now.

Normally I would push it through from my end, but since they are PDFs and are fulfilled immediately, I wanted to have you try it just in case you wanted add or change things first.

Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to help you out with in the meantime.
