Not certain if this is the right forum, but I don't know exactly where else to put it.
I currently am pretty busy which means the times I have open to ask questions of purchases and such are CURRENTLY (though hopefully I'll have more time after the summer has passed...might be all the way to the fall or winter though) only at night (sometimes late at night). As such I can't call customer service for Paizo (when I have done that the response is always quick, rapid, and great! In fact the phones for Paizo for customer service are some of the best I've dealt with!).
Since the offices are closed, I can only email customer service. I wouldn't bring this up but there is a major question regarding a purchase I made recently (over a week ago) that I emailed customer service about for clarification. There was something in the receipt that I had a question about.
It's been just about a week now. I also sent a second email requesting the same clarification again but have no response at all. I posted a similar item thinking to get confirmation for the clarification on the items discussion.
However, it seems that something has happened with customer service as I have no responses in any form of internet contact with them (or, more apt, the messages I've sent have had no response, it's like sending emails to a brick wall).
Is there something going on with customer service via the email service?
I only bring it up because I think a week wait should be a decent enough time to expect a response via email (though I could be wrong, if so, something stating it will take Paizo over a week to respond to customer service emails would be appreciated in the posting on how to contact Paizo...along with an approximate amount of time we should wait).
I've heard nothing from them. I don't want to offend at all, and if there is some reason why the response times take so long via email...a simple explanation would be appreciated rather than mute silence. Even some confirmation that my query was received?
If the query was not received, I suppose I can post the question directly on the product discussion pages or on the Paizo forums themselves, but I am trying to keep my query discrete thus far.

I have an order that is stuck with a very old address and payment method that I can't seem to change.

Either change the address to

and use the Payment ending in 8452
or cancel the order please.
