What do I do when Customer Service doesn't provide service? I sent them/you an email on Feb 18 and got back Ticket 184684. But nothing since. I just sent off my second reminder email. I just want what I paid for...
I checked the FAQ and don't see an option to change my email address. I will be losing this one soon and want to transfer everything to my new address. Can someone help? Thanks.
So Dragon 339 just arrived the stands at my FLGS and I haven't seen 338. And forget Dungeon, wherever that is. This isn't the first time, although usually it's only 2 to 3 weeks late. I can't take this! I'm in Montreal, not some third world country with questionable postal delivery. I want my Dungeon and Dragon BEFORE my FLGS. Sometimes I've bought the store copy because I'm so desparate for a fix and the articles look really interesting. So here's the deal. Can you donate my subscription to the troops in Iraq and I'll just pay the extra price at my FLGS. That way my subscription goes to good use and I get my magazine with everyone else. Can something be arranged? |
