There is no requirement for it... The awesome goblin avatars that Ryan, Lee, Mark, etc. have were done by one of our artists. He has yet to do another batch of those, so those of us who don't have one use whatever we want for an avatar. I mean look at Paul's human or Cole's dog...thing(then again that was Lisa's work). I just chose a goblin because I didn't have a tag for the longest time.
