While sending out invites I had two of my invites spent on the same e-mail account. I'm guessing this was caused by the refresh button.
I'm hoping a developer here can cancel the unaccepted invite. I couldn't seem to find any place to send an e-mail on the goblinworks website. My username is Sasori.

I did the same thing. I found that you can hit edit, it will let you type in a different email and send that same invite to someone else.

I saw this as an option but did not mess with it myself. Try this.
