I'm thinking my PC will be a CG sorcerer and worshiper of Calistria but I'm not sure how to fit his worship in with the theme of the campaign.
i always play male homosexual worshipers of Calistria and i often play unusual races but i need some ideas as to how to make it work with this campaign.
does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, there's not much apparent bigotry directed towards homosexuality on Golarion, generally speaking. Especially from Good religions.
And Merisiel (the Iconic Rogue) is both bisexual and a worshiper of Calistria (as well as being CN) and she's one of the featured Iconics. I think you're good to go.

Even in a crusader city, there will still be a market for sex and secrets - so the presence of a Calistrian bordello or other Calistrian communities seem perfectly reasonable to me.
As far as sexual issues of the religions go, I would expect:
Asmodeus to be pretty blatantly male-dominating
Erastil to be generally disapproving of anything not "conventional"
Gorum might expect abstention before a fight so as not to expend vital energies before the more important pastime of going to war
Zon-Kuthon probably doesn't respect safe words
Urgathoan adherents probably promote the spread of STDs, so watch out there
Shelyn probably promotes the beauty of the experience rather than rushing through a quickie
Desna probably promotes adventurousness and doin' it outside under the stars
Cayden Cailean probably looks on alcohol as an aphrodisiac (but not to the point of promoting date-rape because, let's be serious here, he's a fundamentally decent guy not a bastard)
Irori probably practices extreme tantrism
Abadar is probably also very conventional, particularly within marriage arrangements
But for the most part, sex and sex morals are probably secondary concerns for most of them.

I agree with this, but tend to think that means "marriage good" and an approval for stable relationships rather than one night stands, not an opinion of any sort on the particular sexualities or practices involved.
And Abadar seems not to care too much either, beyond promoting unions that stabilize the community (the gay, unmarried, Paladin of Abadar in Sandpoint leaps to mind).
Other than that I tend to agree, though.

One of my PCs is running a Cleric of Calistria, she is a prostitute. Last night it all paid off, they got the random encounter where they had the Crusaders who were going to sacrifice the virgin to "enchant" their swords. My PC made the point of their "willing" sacrifice wasn't a virgin, then went on to give them holy water to kill the demons. She said if they meet up later she can find them some virgins.

Two gay couples in the first two books of the AP, who generally become at least helpful throughout the campaign. I don't think that will be a problem.
