What is the caster level of a +1 longsword?

In other words what would be the DC for a +1 longsword (5+?)

Weapon enhancement bonuses (+1, +2, etc.) require a minimum caster level of three times the enhancement bonus. That requirement can be bypassed (adding +5 to the DC), but it also sets the caster level of the item.

So for a +1 longsword, the DC to create is 8 (5 + 3).
