personalities of NPC's in Sandpoint

I just picked up Rise of the Runelords, and have been enjoying reading through it.

Some important NPCs in Sandpoint, and I would like to make Sandpoint feel
homey and base for PC's
Clearly making the NPC's of Sandpoint realistic and distinct is important

My question
Did you give any specific personalities ( quirks/traits) to the NPC's
of Sandpoint

If so can you please elaborate?

Check out the Community Created Stuff thread (its pinned at the top of this forum) and see if you can find the Sandpoint Guide Yossarian put together.

It has pictures, details and traits for all the NPC's.

The thread also has a huge amount of other great resources. I highly recommend taking the time to go through the almost 900 posts to find stuff and pull out what you like. It will be worth the time I promise.
