So, based on a few threads over at BGG, it seems that there was a shipping mishap for the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game: Sins of the Saviors (Rise of the Runelords Adventure Deck 5) deck.
It seems quite a few people on the subscription ended up getting a double shipment (two copies of the game).
Did any of the 1st printing editions make it to any of the retailers that have to wait until release day to begin shipping/selling it, or were all of the 1st printings mailed out to subscribers during this shipping error, thus leaving people like me that desire the 1st printing scrambling to find someone that'll part with their extra one or paying outrageous prices on resell because of a shipping error on Paizo's part?

Vic said earlier that distributors had gotten some first printings, but were also going to get second printings.

I'm not sure I got a double shipment or a packaging mistake. I have two identical cellophane wrapped decks in the box. Is that considered a double shipment or am I missing half of this adventure?
So wait, you got a deck box that looked like this. And inside were two stacks of card, each wrapped, but they were identical to each other?
If so, that sounds like a mistake. The stacks should not be identical.
The people that got double shipments got two boxes.

That's exactly correct. Here's a pic of my identical card stacks. I opened them just to be sure that it wasn't only the top card and sure enough they're identical all the way through. Wild, huh? I found this thread and wanted to clarify if my issue was the same. I submitted an email to customer service already but I wanted to see if anyone else had this happen.

There was a post a while ago over on BGG that I remember in which someone received miss-packed game (which is what you received). Customer Service should be able to help you out somehow, but if you're intent on having the first printing, you may be out of luck on getting specifically the first printing.

I still have yet to receive my AP 5. In fact, I still don't see the full price on my bank statement. I really don't want to have to trudge down to a FLGS just to get a first edition of this pack. And If I do wind up getting a 2nd printing, I may just cancel my subscription here because that won't bode well for AP 6 1st printing.

As a subscriber, you should have gotten a shipping notice. If you were one of the subscribers that they didn't have first printing copies for, you should have gotten an email about that. See this thread for some details. You may want to contact customer service.

Meanwhile, I note that Amazon has changed their shipping date for AD5 from April 30 to May 13. Ugh.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I think Amazon is doing this on PURPOSE to make up for the February oops-release... that's got to be it.
(Off I go to sulk in the homebrew section, ;p )
