Full plate is rarely made, because only a few remember how to do it.
A full plate must be handmade, and takes a ton of metal, taking 10000$ plus.
Note that, in this world, the depression is not happening, and the economy is surprisingly stable right now.
Masterwork equipment is handmade by an individual, because production lines are still really primitive.
Properly fit full plate is almost always masterwork, unless the crafter in question messes up too many checks.
