Hey how do i minimize the -4 to my rangers level for calculating my Animal companions strength??? Are there any feats i can take ???

It's -3, not -4.
I believe that the boon companion feat was first printed in seeker of secrets.

Yeppers, Boon Companion is pretty much the only way to address that issue, other than archetypes like the Beastmaster.

Typically Rangers will pick up boon companion at levels 5 or 7. I recommend it at 5 myself as bringing the companion to your level is very important.
