Let us say you have a Cleric of Sarenrae.

You have the cleric purchace a Silver Spindle Ioun Stone that lets them use a single Wizard/Cleric/Druid 1st level spell as a SLA.

Can the Cleric use Infernal Healing (Evil Descriptor spell) as a SLA, or are they restricted in SLA as with actual Spellcasting?

If this is a home game then you only need to ask your gm. If it is play following the rules of the game using this spell will change your alignment over time and since Sarenrae is a good aligned deity you will eventually be unable to call on her for spells and abilities.
