What I am wondering: do you have a script for putting all that information into the paizo systems, or do you have to copy everything by hand?

Paizo has no automated import process for reporting, so we have to do it by hand. We are working through the list this weekend.

Nope, I'm still running one (though it's in the last scene).

Quick question...

Recently completed a game and the GM had us roll to see if we won a boon... which I did, and got to pick one of four choices.

This was different then the past pbp Gameday, and we were confused whether the boon has to be applied to the PC who played that particular scenario... or if it was like other boons, and the player (in this case me) could decide which character to apply it to later?

The one I recieved was assigned to my PFS number, not the character I used. I was also the DM though, so that might matter. I have not recieved the Race Boon though, so Im not sure on that one.

Curious: What do most people use for signing the sheets and getting them to their players?

I print out hard copies, fill them out with pen, then scan them in as pdfs, and send people links to where they are in the Cloud.

I use a free product PDF24 <link> to make a copy of just the Chronicle Sheet, and then open it in Adobe, and just add Comments.

I set each to Read Only to prevent people from editing them later, and then upload them into a Google Drive folder so they can continue to download them as needed.

I used to print out hard copies, but that went through ink like nothing else.

So now I open the file in Gimp, select the Chronicle sheet to be transferred in, fill everything in with text boxes and export it as a Jpeg.

For VTT, I send a group email with the sheets attached.
For PbP, I put it in a Dropbox folder and post a link to the folder in the forum and/or in private message to the players.

I do the same as Luke, but only sign my name, PFS#, and initial the boxes, than rescan the chronicle. I then fill out the xp, gp, and PP in a pdf editor.

I've written a small javascript program that reads game data from a .json file, and then creates the chronicles and saves them as pdf. Saves a lot of time editing the things.

For PbP, I export them as .jpg's, but leave many of the fields blank that should be filled in by the players.

I ran into Mike Brock at a convention. I asked him for x and he provided it without any concern that I was going to cheat or take advantage of the system. PFS is an honor system. If players want to cheat, I'm not going to waste my time trying to stop them. I fill in character name and number, gold earned, day job, and note anything special. Other than that, there's nothing I can do if someone really wants to forge/falsify a chronicle.

I'm really considering starting up a PFS PbP Shared GM resource, specifically for maps, blank chronicle sheets, and monster/npc icons. I posted a lot of this on the old shard drive but it all got taken away when they moved.

How many people would be interested in this?

Beckett, I think a lot of it disappeared because it violated the Paizo community use rules. You might want to research them before you do anything.

The Gods Mouth Heresy I am running is electing to continue exploring their dungeon and will not be finished in time to count toward the game day. The Accursed Halls I have stepped up to run after the GM disappeared is also not going to finish in time. I will report these separately and consider if I will take part in the next event.

My report was sent US Thursday - that said it was sent once mislabled as Dalsine. I immedietely sent another email clarifying it was in fact day of the demon.

I finished my 4th game yesterday in the nick of time. Just got the chronicles and reporting done today. Huzzah!

Great game day. Sad none of my d20 rolls were beneficial enough for a boon, but ah well. Still have something to make an oread with.

On a similar note, Do I make mention of the one that hasn't finished or do I just report it on my own when we do? That is do I use this event number or create a new one?

Player boons are still being sent and should be out by tomorrow.

Reporting to Paizo is still ongoing but should be finished soon.

Raffle Prizes will be randomly determined tomorrow evening and winners will be notified directly.

Which boon are you missing and from what game? I will check - they should have all been sent by this point, save for one that was recently emailed as missed in the reporting to us, and a couple that have email addresses that bounced when we sent them.

PS - On the second part of the question, all the games should be reported. So if you do not see a session at this point please let us know. (The exception to that is if you emailed the reporting to us, instead of using the reporting form. Some of those sessions are still being dug out of the mass of email in the VO account, as we have time.)
