I have a Dervish of Dawn Bard Ifrit. LOTS of fun and high init and damage.
Level 1:
+0 BAB
+4 Dex
+2 Dance
+6 To hit
1D6+6 to damage
Wildfire Racial gives +4 to Init, while giving up the bonus to sorc charisma, Reactionary +2 Init, and +4 Dex. gives an easy +10 to initiative.
Sarenrea Trait, Flame of the Dawnflower, to also give +2 fire damage on a critical hit to add a bit more damage in, and at level 1 your looking at:
+6 1D6+6 18-20/x2+2
Then get Harmonic Spell and Extra Performance feats at level 3 and 1 respectively, and once you get Bladed Dash, you will become a flaming ball of blenderization.

Qadira: Dawnflower Dervish Fighter
Note that a title for the goddess Saranrae is "The Dawnflower". You won't find that on the Pathfinder SRD anymore, though you can still use it in a search on there.

Can you be more specific, please?
Dervish of Dawn Bard? Dervish of Dawn Fighter? Dervish Bard? A build that includes the Dervish Dancer feat? (If so, what class?)
All option Open. I think to build a Sylph Bard/Magus build and a Ifrit Fighter/Magus I think but really open to idea

Can you give Stats and Level Class progression please, not better to become a Fighter later for more feat and HP ?

If you're just looking to build a dervish dancing magus, that's covered extensively in the magus guides. Check out the Guide to the Guides thread in the advice forum (it's stickied) for the Magus guide entries.
For a Dervish Dancing Bard, I'd say Dervish of Dawn is the best fit. I'd go Sylph on any semi-caster arcane class, soley because of the "Windy Escape" racial spell. Best defensive spell ever.

Using Harmonic Spell from Inner Sea World Guide, she will basically dance in and out of invisibility, getting free rounds of bardic performance, around the enemy so it is doubtful she will get a full attack unless the enemy is not focusing on her.

Lets get down to business. Dervishes are middle eastern. By my understanding they are a kind of Muslim mystic. Similar to the charismatic or Pentecostal Christian. I am speaking of the west in relation to Tian, Good Sir! For some reason, it seems like half the people I hear of in the Pathfinder Society have taken up this strange battle-dancing. It perplexes me, as I don't remember Sensei Farabellus ever covering such material in his lessons!
As for the lands and religion you describe, I don't even know what half those words you have used mean. You seem to be speaking perhaps of the Keleshite Empire and the worship of Sarenrae? That still confuses me as I see all kinds of these "dervishes" that do not appear to be from that mysterious land.

Just started a similar concept...Paladin based
Dancing 11 rounds per day - yields a +10 to hit, 1d6 +7 / 18-20/x2
If I do non lethal, I add +1 more damage and can intimidate to cause shakened for essentially the battle plus can cause frightened on a crit.
Also flagbearer still helps the group.
Blade of Mercy lets me do non lethal without penalty.
Just one level of bard and paladin the rest. No archtypes
Because you are dex based, keep putting skill points into escape artist so you can use Liberating Command if grappled as your CMB will be low.
