If I roll a bloodrager, do I have to use the draconic bloodline for Dragon Disciple?

It's not totally clear. There can be made points for both sides.
My guess is that the bloodrager is a sorc alternate class and as such has the same limitation as the sorc.
But as long as we have no official answer we will not know for sure. And I don't think we will get an official answer until the book is out.

So.... what should I do for PFS in the meantime?

You could ask again on the PFS board, stating that you need to know for your PFS pc.

Silver Crusade

I would guess that the answer to this would be "yes", since the sorcerer must.

Technically no, but of course you'd have to have the PFS GM agree with you on it.

You do not have sorcerer levels, so you are not bound by the sorcerer bloodline requirement. It does, however, make a lot of sense.

Of course, I don't have my playtest document with me, but I know there's a part at the top that talks about how you can't multiclass into one of your APG class's parents and I think that section would talk about this kind of problem if anything does. I know it doesn't let you qualify for feats, such as the weapon spec and the half-fighter classes.

may i ask why would you want to roll with a DD blood rager? seems self defeating.

Non-draconic Bloodrager/DD is amazing by RAW. Like a crossblooded sorc/DD without the drawbacks of the archetype. I expect this to be fixed in the final book.

um.... i dont see it. anything you can do with a DD i can do with a 12th level abyssal bloodrager and that character would be all around better.

the blood rager is a class you wouldnt need to multi-class because it is, imo, the most powerful melee character in the ACG.

Hmm. Actually that does not work by RAW exactly the way that I thought it did, so it's not quite as amazing as all that.

I have also planned out a character to do Bloodrager+DD. What would my character level be for my first level to be taken in DD? I had thought that going into 5th lvl i can allocate the final skill rank and take the first level of DD and be Bloodrager4/DD1.
