One stat to rule them all character building challenge

Advice

Hi all. Recently, a new DM gave me and the group an interesting challenge/goal to which I invite u all to participate in with me. He wants the 5 man group of players to create an NPC that is an "exemplar" of a particular stat that will be used by the DM sometime in some way that is unknown to any player. The DM gave some guidelines....

1) no hybrid or otherwise non-printed paizo material
2) attribute substitutions are recommended but not required.
3) the exemplar needs a minimum of 18 in his chosen stat post racial mods
4) build is based off of 20 point buy.
5) multiclass is allowed but only dips are prefered.
6) build can should be usable by level 5+.
7) the character must be using roleplay or fluff based on his stat (charisma should have followers if able, the intelligent guy should apply this towards his goals beyond mere study, etc.

So... With those guidelines. What would your character be? Suggestions for good stat subs, full builds, roleplay ideas, and more are all welcome. If I get enough responders ill gladly submit the best ones to the DM.

Wisdom exemplar- Zen archer mon (with a possible 2 level dip for inquisitor, for more wisdom bonuses to stuff: knowledge monster checks, imitative, spell casting, so forth)
-use a bow with guided property on it

Wis to: attack, damage, AC, initiative, perception, sense motive, will save, CMD, monster checks, wisdom based minor spell casting.

The character will play out his role as the wise advisor, monk, wise teacher, or what have you as befit the play style.

Can also be either human, with wis bump, or dwarf. If human, the focused study human alt. trait will allow 3 skill focus feats. Put into perception, sense motive, and another to show true discipline with your senses.

Race options?
Undead antipaldin with a lore oracle dip and the feat Noble Scion (war) gets CHA to pretty much everything.

you more or less took what I was going to post. Pretty much everything is allowed as far as I know. i haven't heard anything forbidden since these will be NPCs. but keep in mind we will be interacting with em sometime.

Half orc Paladin 2/Oracle of lore X

STR 8
DEX 7
CON 14
INT 12
WIS 10
CHA 18 (20)

Alternate racial traits: Skilled, sacred tattoo, shamans apprentice.

Traits: Fates favored and ???

Feats:

1-noble scion (war or knowledge)
3-extra revelation
5-toughness

Bonuses of note: +7 to AC (-2 to +5), +7 (-2 to +5) to reflex, +5 to knowledge checks, +5 to all saves from charisma, +2 to all saves from luck bonus, +7 (-2 t +5) to initiative.

At level 5: fort+13 Reflex+14 will+13 saves.

Fluff: Darius is a half orc that is more human in appearance and traits. Despite this he learned from his grandfather the ways of an orc shaman and learned many of the their ancient ways. He uses this knowledge to fight the unseen evils of the world and to preserve the old ways.

Liberty's Edge

Scarred Witch Doctor for Con...I'm not an astounding optimizer, but I can't think of a better example for it.

Liberty's Edge

RageChemyst for Str, obviously.

+1

Most SAD archetype of anything. Ever.

Just gonna leave this here

Lantern Lodge

Barbarian, exemplar of Strength, dump int and char, max out strength, 13 in dex (If you want to throw stuff) and the rest in constitution and wisdom.

Perhaps go orc mounted fury, grab the beast rider feat, and ride a rhino into battle.

I was gonna say a lore oracle that dipped paladin, but that works too.

Scarab Sages

Intelligence: white haired witch. Spell casting and melee to hit, damage, and cmb are all int based.

Elf Mindchemist 2/Wizard the rest of the way

Str 10
Dex 16
Con 10
Int 20
Wis 10
Cha 7

Put all puts into Int. Casts off Int, can drink a cognatogen to raise Int even more, can add Int twice to knowledge checks, which he should have ranks in every single one if possible as well as things like spellcraft.

Edit: Not strictly Int based, but make him a Diviner and play up the knowledge aspect even more.
