I had a recent idea over how a wizard could potentially cover up a murder with little or no traces. Disintegrate would be the obvious choice turning the body to dust then cleaning it up with Prestidigitation. I had another idea that might also work, using Monster Summoning and summoning a carnivore to do the clean up. Have the creature eat the victim and then dismiss the creature. There might be leftovers in the case of a dog but most of the mess could likely be cleaned up with e Prestidigitation spell.
Any thoughts?

Are there any monsters on the summon list that have swallow whole? That seems like the most convenient method, and would work well for nonwizards that can use summoning, such as summoners, clerics, and druids, all of whom lack prestidigitation. If there is a good monster for this, and summoned creatures take the body with them, then this would be a good general purpose solution.
Actually, what happens if a druid uses swallow whole and then turns back to their base form? Does the body shrink or disappear? If he turned back into a creature that can use swallow whole, could you cut the body out then?

1st Level
Sculpt Corpse - turn it into the body of something else, like a dog.
Decompose Corpse: Turn a corpse into a skeleton, easier to deal with.
2nd Level
Shatter: Very messy, but if the target weighs less than 10lbs per caster level this will work. If it weighs more you can cut it up first and use multiple castings. You'll want a bag.
Rope Trick: Good for 1 hour/level to hide a body.
Invisibility: Hide it for 1 min/level.
3rd Level:
Blink: Depends on how you arbitrate the spell. You might be able to dump an object in the Ethereal Plane. It does seem to indicate this, since it doesn't specify that only melee attacks can get messed up.
Shrink Item: 1/16th the size and cloth.
Probably some I missed. Obviously it gets much, much easier as you gain levels.

The most unusual way I've ever seen employed was using Polymorph Any Object, turned the target into a chair, one of many in a classroom full of chairs. Might not have been forever or quite as utterly gone as your eaten by a carnivore but was very creative way I thought to avoid notice for the time needed.
