Stunning / Elemental Fist to weapon?

Are there any traits, feats, archetypes, items, or other ways to add the effects of a stunning fist or elemental fist to a monk weapon, instead of to an unarmed strike?

Ki Focus magic weapon property, allows you to use ki strike, quivering palm and stunning fist through the weapon. I'm not sure it would technically work for elemental fist but I don't see why not.

Elemental fist does not require Ki Focus. It can be used with weapon attacks even without it. Despite the title, it is not restricted to unarmed strikes.
